ORDERS from Institutions and Repeat Customers:
We will accept your institutional purchase order. An invoice will be mailed separately unless requested to be included with shipment. Academic institutions will generally receive a 25% discount on data items. Discounts on publications begin with the 3rd copy of identical items.
 
ORDERS from Individuals:
You may fax/mail your order reservation at anytime. We will fax/mail an invoice. Shipment will await receipt of your check.
 
ORDERS from Wholesalers:
We will offer you a discount based upon the type of title ordered. We do request information on the customer so that we might send them more marketing material.
 
ORDER RESERVATIONS:
Due to the low volume production of our volumes, many of which are printed on demand and/or are sent out for binding, it is advantageous to fax/email us when you anticipate a purchase order being approved. There will be no obligation but it can cut down on turnaround time.
 
PAYMENT by Check:
Please make checks payable to POLIDATA.
Sales Tax: Be sure to include 4.5% sales tax for delivery to VA addresses.
 
PAYMENT by PayPal:
We are now using PayPal for online payments. For some items we have separate pay links. For all others, you can use this generic $1.00 pay link and enter the quantity to cover the total cost of the item. For example, to purchase an item for $65.00, just enter QUANTITY of 65 in the PayPal "check" form.
 
STANDARD DELIVERY:
Our normal delivery vendor is FedEx Ground. Be sure to include a street address.
While our actual cost depends upon your Zip Code, we try to standardize costs to make things easier all around. Therefore, we use the following tiers to calculate the charge to you.
 
OVERNIGHT/EXPRESS:
Overnight, etc., when requested, via Federal Express is billed at estimated cost. Please specify
  • Priority Overnight
  • Standard Overnight
  • 2nd Day
  • Express Saver
Occasionally we will ship items via Fed Ex Express Saver option for our convenience.
You will be billed only the Standard Delivery charge as below.
East of the Mississippi zips 010-299 Item: FXG-E-xx $5 for 1st item, $8 for 2 items, $11 for 3 or more
Plains States zips 300-700 Item: FXG-M-xx $6 for 1st item, $9 for 2 items, $12 for 3 or more
West Coast zips 800-999 Item: FXG-W-xx $7 for 1st item, $10 for 2 items, $13 for 3 or more
